I would like the environment of Avantha technologies the reason behind , they don't pressure on employees , no work pressure, the weekly.. cultural activities are fun , every.. supervisers are very friendly.

Dislikes

The first disadvantages of Avantha technologies are 1) leaves- no leaves will given to employe even if he is sick or not able to come 2)salary- no increments in salary even if you working from 1 year 3)working hours- working hours of company is almost 9:00 hours, if your late for 10 mins you need to complete those 10mins on the sameday or next day, this is more than spending time to ourselves, for company...Read More

I go by walk, I return by walk, my shift in Avantha technologies 9:00 am -6:00 total of 9 hours, i have total of 4 breaks, but I use only two breaks, lunch break & tea break,

I am worked over there 1 year with New Holland process the like in Avantha is mostly salery on soon time and like timing and every Sunday holiday.

Here so many political going on special buttering people find here so are more so chaplus of senior manager and MD apart they are not valued for regional language people..

Training part was very good and i enjoyed that days. And initial days of working was amazing and there was no workload. Peers were very helpful. And Different HR activities were conducted to entertain us.

This is my personal and genuine review about tha company. As i said workload was very in initial days but after few months they kept increasing my work load every month without taking my concern. They didn't cared whether I can complete that work or not they only want to work get done no matter how much time it will take. On an average I worked for 12 hrs a day. If my work got completed before time they gave me extra work. Not all employees treated equally some got extra benefit because of their contacts. Worst part is that they fired me because due to my bad performance in last two months but it was not bad, many employees didn't got affected due to their worse performance. They set there own rules and regulations and you to work according to that, if want or not.
