Infrastructure is vibrant and full of fun seemingly. Payrolls are regular on a fixed date. Opportunities to display and develop ownership in work. No screen tracking system. Open environment with freedom of innovation in work.

Dislikes

Some irrelevant policies which are not at all in favor of employees have got implemented. Different allowance for WFH for different departments, hence high sense of inequality. Layoff drive conduction even after excellent work contribution and top internal reviews. HR-Talent Acquisitions people behaves very badly with the candidates and force them lowball their expected compensation by creating irrelevant emergency and sometimes in a humiliating language when the candidates are aware about their market value</mark>....Read More

Appraisals are not good, you need to look for another job after 2-3 years due to salary issues. Leave structure is not good. The leave structure is made in a way that you will automatically take less leaves.

They are not increasing the salary package as per the experience and work we had in past years. Also, when we file the increment report then they just gave the surety to increase salary but they are not.

1. It's one of the most reliable organization in ahemdabad as per my personal experience 2. Really good work culture even from remote 3. There is not much pressure till now 4. Rarely worked on Saturdays 5. Almost all the people are very good at helping each other for solving the issues. 6. Project managers (The Core Team) is really good 7. No salary delay I have seen till now

1. Management product can be improved for providing the documents which is needed (As it's in progress) 2. More training sessions are needed to improve writing codes skills 3. Some of the project doesn't consist documentation to understand the project
