Everything...... They fired more than 30 people without any proper reason and they didn't even gave time to the peoples who lost their jobs without any reason and they are all jobless.

internal politics and management is so poor. managers are not good and they do not know how to talk with there employee. if you say any thing right you will be fired or they will discourage you. So many Egoistic person here.
