Single product based company with no growth & learning opportunities. Only focus on revenue generation. Worst marketing and upper management. Just work hard with no self development. It can be used as a stepping stone for moving to another FMCG company.

No growth, no team motivation, high criticism, illogical pressure, sales upper management don't have any control over the office staff, very less turnover leads to lower position over other companies.
