Political environment senior don't listen to their juniors . They make pressure to work their according. There are many loose pole for business like undercutting company says do market on 12% and his product is selling in market in 20 to 24 % and senior have no solution for this. Current bosses are selfish and they newly started politics within the organization. Earlier politics was not there. We all were friendly but now you can't believe your colleague due to politics. Interesting fact is earlier hygiene was there in sales but now everyone is trying to do their target by Unhygienic. They are doing infiltration.

Dislikes

Politics started. Infiltration started. Self respect gone before the retailers and wholesalers.
