Retired from company in 2020 worked in 2 departments working environment not good and appraisals too in two departments bosisam there post retirement its very difficult for me for getting health card for 2024/25 even more followups also concerned person not followed uo nor agency in my total service of 36 years not even one person from hr not contacted me nir even hundred plus employees left not even single time in fron not even contacted why he is resigning so many good emloyees seen left if you are not cooperetive to your boss no future appraisal scale 1 to 10 defective not assesing on month on month basis in market yearly once finished in one hour if you are loyal you will get 8 or 9/10 if you are not your marks 2 or 3/10if you say something achieved reply company paying what is good if keep on writing its eady to write 300 pages...Read More
