The IT department is very open, employees are very free with each other, more like friends and family. The leaders are nice, they guide and mentor you every step of the way. They interact with their teams frequently and are open to feedback and suggestions. The working hours are long but we also party hard and enjoy the work- very few complaints. While they are very flexible, they demand output and even reward you for the same. The bonus and incentive structure are very attractive and the growth opportunities presented here are almost twice compared to any other place.
