Pathetic policy continues 16 to 18 hours shift . Companies core value is staff focus but but they not following the 0 % or it . They are using wrong way the comes under’ the best places to work ‘ .before joining this company I was thinking that this company in the top list ji the best place to work when I spent my 4 years then I realised that the lower grade staff is very innocent the upper level staff are using them . They don’t know their rights . 0 % increments they just increased 300 rs on the name of appraisal after 1 year . Really pathetic everything only the staff of lower grade they very good ....Read More

I am also quite BBQN Job because there are no carrier growth

There are only work & work minimum per day 12 to 14 Hours work from there .i am also work there . And i spent my whole six years but there are no growth to any employee.and any position required company will be hired person to out side of the Resturant. Once time u left the job once time there are no body listen to u .and so many don't clearance your graturity.
