The culture and the work life balance is amazing. The Berkadia way and the values that the entire company follows from an Analyst to the CEO is what makes this place so different and humane from other companies. Berkadia always thinks long term and keeps its people trained and ready for any change and adversity. It's a second home for a lot of employees.

Dislikes

Nothing really so bad that it needs to be pointed out.

It’s a wonderful place to work with that diligently abides by its core values. Employees are very well cared for and compensated. Skill development is very well invested in and has amazing a transport team.

Dislikes

Small company, bigger and fragile egos of top management. Some of them are hypocrites and function in an old fashion way.

There is no restriction on what you wear if you're in night shift. Good company if you're starting your career.

Dislikes

Office politics is extreme. Difference between fixed and CTC is huge, which explains how bad the salary structure is and you'll be forced to work, but still won't get it all as mentioned. Its a circus.
