Compensation is decent , But growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes i have too much under pressure, tensions Management do not value or rewards for individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Poor management, no employee welfare schemes (not even esi and pf for first 2 years but they will detect in your salary), no proper time salary and TA/DA. (No proper system for expenditures claims) horrible managers and management team. They use employees like sugar cane, once juice extract from you.
