The higher management are approachable and supportive. They place trust in the team, encourage collaboration, and are open to feedback. Managing tasks independently has helped us build strong multitasking abilities. The organization also promotes a healthy work-life balance, with no work expected beyond office hours.

Dislikes

six-day workweek can be demanding, and the lack of support staff means all tasks must be managed personally, which can sometimes become overwhelming.
