The company has made several policies but there is no strategy which is why attrition rate is increasing. Dislikes: It should get the title of Worst Place to work rather than Great place to work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.

Chances of getting laid off is negligible, if you don't commit any financial misappropriation or POSH cases.
Dislikes: You won't have any work life balance here. Those long conference calls will haunt you till death. Incentives structure is very poor at supervisory levels. Excessive travel & field work for higher managers also.
