The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, Hindi go quality products. The environment is very good for a fresher as any one has opportunities for having knowledgeable start for his career

Dislikes

Neither canteen nor bus facilities available also growth is very slow.

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to lead a team of 15 members starting with training to new members maintaining quality of parts and achieving target as per plan given.Also maintain smooth flow of production over shop floor.
