Since it's completely a assembly department,we are completely under destress(no much pressure) in working.

Growth opportunities is very poor.How can we expect growth in this field.This is the reason I thought of getting out of this company.

Work Details

It's completely a boring one.Any fitter can perform the assembly operation,engineer is not required to perform that job.Daily need to perform the same assembly of different machines.So very much tensed about my growth in my life.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
