Worst company of the century. This is the most 3rd class company I have ever see, I would fall short of space in dislike section and hence utilising space here. Never ever gamble with your career by joining Bizongo or any of their other company.

Dislikes

Company raised money and fires employees. they fool you and no work life balance. manager yell on you anytime during the day. HR is useless and Finance too. Founders are not able to decide who will run the company and fighting for CEO position. They fired people earlier as well and don't value career of employees. Morning they call you and says need not come from tomorrow. They shut their divisions and tell employees to look for job. they lend money in the market and not able to cover a penny also. they run businesses where they don't have any good product in it and still wastes money on the same. worst company of the century....Read More

The company at its early stage was good for learning. But now there is no direction in some tech teams. Also, there is a strict in and out as well as attendance policy which can even result to termination

Dislikes

Hybrid policy which is very strict considering it is a startup. Very limited outings for team bonding(1-2 in a year and that too inside the city) No direction for the tech teams. All the credit of building a feature goes to non tech teams.
