It is a great place to work in terms of work culture, very supportive management and great boss! One can learn a lot as there is always work pressure. Colleagues are very respectful and cooperative.

Dislikes

Work life balance as per my ratings also. Hospitals are anyway 6 days working but 8 hours shift is always extended to 10-11 hours. Compensation is dissatisfying for the amount of work done and experience.

Floor management, IPD patient coordination, maintaining discharge TAT, patient grievances handling, VIP handling, liasoning with other non-medical and quality department for continuous process improvement, coordination for Convalescent Plasma Therapy
