There was a manager . Who use to hire and then fire them after few months. So that he can say the higher management this as a achievement saying that he is very serious and have his eyes on everything.,and then takes promotion. The tech stack is very good in most of the products. Appreciation based on work. Freedom to explore technologies and innovate atleast in some Line of businesses

Compensation could be better. Based on the amount of work it looks average to below average in some line of businesses Work life balance for some folks are pretty bad. favouritism towards some managers and promotion to them. Which they are not at all deserving. HR and finance team isalways busy. You will not get quick responses when required urgently. If some of these things are taken care. No appraisal process all employee go through PIP some can be easily rejected even how much you try, totally depends on manager ego and HR just listen them, So no job security. Manger is not at all polite they simply shout even all employees are suffering no one listen to you. Work is as hell still no one will be satisfied even you work in weekend....Read More
