nothing except option of working from home

No sal appraisal, no job security, anytime we are sacked, minimum of 12 hours work, 100 files of 10 lines to do a target of 1000 lines per day, sick TLs though sal is based on line count TLs pester us to do more for their monthly incentives...

not a good option to join BO...benefit only to TLs and Production Managers and Tec persons.. proofers are ignosed..work like bull to earn daily wages

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
