They do mass recruitment and layoff within 3 -4 months. No planning, no culture, work environment is very poor MD doesnt know anything about the IT delivery Arun doesnt know anything about the appraisal, Delivery management Employees are MD & management known people (relatives, friends etc) When we allocate work, they dont do, employees shout and argue, do back stabbing They appoint their relatives (non IT people) as CTO, CFO etc, when we try to explain them about CMMI level process, they wont be having any clue They dont take any suggestions, good practices, no process been followed...Read More

Be very sure before u join. There is no appraisal regardless how good u r at your work. V2soft is a mediator and client company will not pay u any increment nothing. You will b deprived off every facilities if u join through v2soft

V2soft is 3rd party. They won't respond to any query neither they will pay u any increment even how long u stay. You join if u r ok to deal with biased policies for direct and offrole employee and will to work with no increment , promotion only with heavy work load..
