The Work life balance is excellent enough with the facility from working from home if needed. There's easement of work and deadlines are achievable. My reporting manager was very friendly and helpful in teaching you work matters, company's functioning and overall experience.

Dislikes

The Salary and promotion benefits are very bad as per the market. The upper management is just focused on increasing company's profit at the expense of employees benefits as the increment rates are very minimal and there's no extra incentives as such to motivate employees monetary wise. Seniors are supportive, there is work life balance and BS is far more lenient with leaves than any other media house.

People are friendly and supportive. Seniors guide well. You get to learn right from day 1, and even start receiving bylines. Plus, my JD involves a bit of production aspect as well which I like.

Dislikes

Including travel time, I spend 10-12 hours for it. Note that my travel time, both side included, is 2 hours. In some cases I have also spent more than 12 hours in total. Basically, work life balance is poor. However, I get Saturday and Sunday completely off. So that is good.
