Programs which are organized in Caratlane are very enjoyable and people are happy and do take initiative to participate as well.

Dislikes

According to the holiday list of festival of Caratlane team should be doing pre planned for customer order because some staff are requested to come on festival days as they too cannot enjoy their time of festival so request you to avoid this, so this is the thing i dislike.

its a safe environment to work here.

Dislikes

Being in manufacturing unit we are not getting over time as many times we sit late for work. there is no vacation in the company nor any extra week offs expect sundays. Fucus is only on numbers and profits no work life balance.
