Thanks for the trainers of CaratLane.I've learned a lot about Metal and Stones in a very short span of time as I was from non jewellery background.9 hrs shift with 1.5 weekoff will provide you a very good work life balance.

Dislikes

They extremely pressurise you for monthly investment plan nowadays,anyhow you have to do it or else you will become a focused jc and it will become a headache to you.The hunger of the company is increasing da y by day.If you can consistently perform with very good numbers then no need to worry.

We used to like more but now with all the changes and pressure not sure any more

Dislikes

Earlier CaratLane used to be customer friendly and staff friendly, now there is nothing for staff, no growth no appreciation. Regional team is behaving like supreme authority. They all are focusing only on revenue, if we are getting revenue nothing else matters. No transparency for staff.

Training Programmes, where a Below Edge Trainer will Train you, who itself dont know anything about Jewellery Will Teach you how to Sell, HR Team High Demotivate Pre Experienced Staff by Offering Low Salary Compare to Those are having Zero Experience in Jewellery
