Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I would like to emphasize on retirement policy /promotion policy ...people are working on the management level should retire at certain age ..so that young team members get chance or you can say put efforts to reach that level. Out here management people are their for 15 yrs on the same position..whether they are capable or not ..it's just they have been there when there is no competition and settled in the same position for ages.. I think if someone is working on the same position for more than 5-7 yrs and there is no.more promotion they should retire... And yes there should me mix nationality allowed to work on the department where company doesn't hire others. Company should look onto these facts and figures....Read More
