Likes

People are nice. All the employees have team spirit. They have a Decent cafeteria and a namaz room. They give normal hike every year. And also they celebrate every festival and give gifts.

Dislikes

Because of politics Management don't address issues properly. Most of the time they ask employees to stretch. They hire people in very less salary and don't give proper training.

My job was nice. I struggled a bit because suddenly I was asked to be their Quality Analyst from a caller and no proper training was given but my supervisor was nice he helped me alot and slowly I started handing everything nicely. I had a great time ther

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
