As a Visual designer, I came here as a fresher in this IT field though I had experience in Graphic Design, .. I got the chance to upgrade my technical skills, like video editing , Motion Graphic Designing, UI Designing.

Dislikes

Being said in the 'likes' section about the chances to upgrading the technical skills, the management really wanted the employees to upgrade for mere salary they give. Plus the place has a lot of group politics and dramas going on too which makes us to think somehow escape from there.

I got extreme joy from the company in the middle of pressure like funsource, so I can't find a negative. Overall, the company produces a lot of products within a short period of time and so there is pressure but it will manage.
