Un realistic targets are given. There is always wall between lower level employees and higher management. Managers in between take advantage of this and they make other people as scapegoat if targets are not achieved.

Quality of material they provide is the best I must appreciate that. Get to learn managing pressure. Also receive appreciation mails. Decent salary.

Dislikes

The managers and staff in Pune are pathetic and not capable enough to teach a fresher or new employee. They lack communication skills and are poor at services. They are also selfish and no transparency in team goals. I strongly recommend not to suggest decent candidates as it may damage your reputation in future if the candidate is unhappy with the job.( Only for Pune location as per current situation.) Mumbai is good and as it is head office it's quite ethical....Read More
