Skill development is excellent but no regular updates after some period of time. Please requesting all to initiate,Encourage and give chance to all deserving candidates to grow departmentally and also encourage to move for other departmental also if they are willing to do so.

Salary is non satisfactory and not Justifiable Also not a job security as anytime higher management can through you out if anything goes against you.
