Best thing about CLSA is it's open culture where you can directly contact anyone in the hierarchy and put out your thoughts and ideas. Good in terms of skill development.

In recent years company is facing many management changes which is shifting the open democratic culture towards more restrictive and 1 person dominant culture, upper management has started reducing hikes and bonuses, deducting employee facilities, removed hybrid policy, haven't gave promotions from last 3 years and increment cycles are not fixed.
