1. Flat heirarchy 2. Gets a exposure at how office politics work. 3. If in dev team you get good exposure of end to end working of an application. 4. In certain teams senior people are seriously talented.

1. Micro management regarding office timings and work. 2. No or marginable increment and bonus. 3. Too much office politics. 4. Higher management doesn't have any clue of the future of company . 5. Too much chinese influence in office workings. 6. Management doesn't want you to grow. 7. Legacy tech stack. 8. Luck based growth opportunities. 9. You can be fired at anytimes whenever chinese management decides to reduce headcount without any justification. 10.
