There is no salary growth in Cytespace. The company make much deductions in name of Tax on salary. There are no transport benefits. Company neither provides own system to carry official study duties. The company at management level lacks coordination & don't address Employee's call or Email as important....Read More

There is a lot of scope for learning and skill development which keeps you updated with knowledge in this field. The best part is colleagues and teammates are all virtually connected though not in the same city or region.

Compensation as compared to work is decent. Work pressure is relatively high. Since my work is onsite (away from the office) nobody actually notices your hard work directly and hence it does not hold much value. A single employee has to work for different projects without letting the client company know that you work for different clients....Read More
