Cross departmental moves are possible. Target dates are not flexible. Appraisal system is good. Yearly bonus is not a part of the package.

Dislikes

Sick leaves can not be accumulated. Weekends or national holidays between leaves are counted as leaves. Gratuity is also part of package which is applicable if you stay for min 5 years. If you do not fit the slob category, feels like a caged bird. Means less visibility of the bigger picture for lower employees.
