Dislikes

No appreciation for your hard work. Even they will ask you to sit more than 10hr bcz of there poor management. No benefits after working on Saturday and Sunday . They won't care about your personal life, Senior manager will ask you to come on holiday and weekend to work. No benefits will be provided to employers. If you asking leavethen they will consider weekend also as a leave and will ask why u want this much days leaves as Sunday also coming in your vacation. No team outing. Have to go with your own money for team lunch/ dinner which is planned by you not by management. For onsite you have to pay for your lunch and stay....Read More

Company insurance policy benefits cover only for employees not for their dependents.

1.No training for freshers, assigned straight away to a senior mentor and directly involving him in project. 2 No work life balance (no personal life). Mandatory 12 hours work per day if u stay near to campus facility. 3.Monday to Saturday work on calender year Jan to april since they gave delivery commitments. 4 Most of their customers are government sectors/labs, organisation doesn't bother much about delivering quality systems. 5.3 years service aggrement, if u break bond u have to pay 3 lakhs provided when u need work experience certificate. 6.Simply sending junior fellows to customer site for work without giving proper skill development/training program....Read More

The moment you resign they treat you like dirt. Too much work pressure, freshers just hold on to complete bond of 3 years and leave after learning. No appreciation, haressing project leaders, abusive management. They do not answer verification calls of new employees, the don't provide relieving letter unless you serve them legal notice. But they will make you serve 3 months notice. Not much in work life balance, continuous travel, no medical benefits or insurance, no earned leave, bonus etc. Most reviews are posted by their employees who were offered shares and ESOPs for long term service. If you are experienced resource, planning to join inspite of the above facts, negotiate for shares, ask good compensation since they do not have any moral value or professional ethics to provide you relieving letter if you are in sales marketing bid preparation customer services and RF. Typical Old school style company they won't believe you and will spy your work. Suggest there are better places to work and more professional companies to be in. Very worst company to work. There will be no training, directly they will put u in project. No help from seniors. Top level management is very worst. Inhuman HR policies. Salary is below market level and that too we will receive once in two or three months. Waste company.

No comments simply waste. No benefits for employees. Atleast try to give salary every month.

Well, it's a good company to learn technology and explore new aspects, they will recognize that much only.

Dislikes

No humanity, No employee welfare, No growth, Highly Political environment to work, complete micro management. You will have no time for your family (No work life balance). They don't event pay salary on time, forget about incentives. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone.
