Nothing to like about the company except few months of joining

Dislikes

Everything No salary ,no promotion ,no job security, no support from management Wost politics in team,you have to do favours to manager for promotion They always threat about termination saying performance issue

They are very MISER, can’t even approve our bills and salary was like hell. Not even 1star for promotions and appraisals also for salary and benefits.

Work culture is very good, my seniors were supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is comparitively less. But worst is promotion and aapraisal. Even general yearly appraisal is very less which does even compensate for inflation.
