Overall DB power is very good organization who doing lots for employee welfare. Company are doing lots of work in CSR also to build hospitals roads giving jobs to villagers support them to for celebrating villagers festivals, starting programme for villagers to religious trip. Nothing is dislike about DB Power but Saturday should be off because our official work time is 9am to 6pm but our real work time is started from 6am to 7pm daily, we have no time for family and Sunday has spent on rest and other home activity like laundry marketing etc. Saturday should be OFF.
