No one to listen to either of your concern either related to work culture issues or salary issue everytime they it is our policy we do like that and all. Either you are performing or not doesn't matter all matters how youbutter up seniors otherwise you job is in danger they give direct threats stating about your job. No updated technologies nothing dependent on Vendors totally even their products are so outdated developed and even they don't have access to base code as well. Don't go after money all they offer is more money other than any company but you'll be at hell future will be spoiled because when you will be fired you don't have any other option at the end to downgrade your salary and compromise with other company.
