I’ve worked at Decision Point for 1.5 years as a Content Writer and I was in the Marketing team. Below are the cons: 1. No work-life balance. The manager will call/message you anytime. 2. No job security (specially in Marketing team and product team) 3. No appraisal/promotion 4. The manager does not have understanding of the product and services and expects you to understand the product. 5. The manager is ready to blame you for the things that he himself should take care of. 6. The manager and VP product can risk your job and will not take the blame. 7. The manager will put the teammates on PIP and will secure his job. 8. No work satisfaction because your ideas will not be entertained or recognized....Read More

Great learning experience for the people who are in there initial phase of there career and you get exposure to some of the good things like interacting with the international client, working on some of the best tech and business related problems.

Dislikes

Culture of the company is completely dead. The HRs are annoying and they keep on pushing you to fill unnecessary forms. Top management is arrogant and they are like know it all people. Some time the instructions from the top can be very confusing and if the job is not done you will be held responsible for it.

Unfortunately, there is very little to appreciate about this company.

Dislikes

The product team under Abhishek's leadership is particularly disappointing. His lack of talent and ineffective leadership have resulted in a poorly functioning team. The Product is close to dead and he still makes empty promises. The Beagle team culture is very toxic. Beagle as a product suffers immensely due to this mismanagement.

Beagle Product Team is worst to work with. No work life balance and they threaten you every day. Abhishek Raghupangav is men who is VP of the company and his lack of knowledge and fake promises to the clients has brought product to the end and product is about to shut down. Abhishek Raghupangav needs to be taken down from that position
