Employee friendly Good policies - free insurance, free gym on cult, wifi and other allowances, free food, home office setup, mobile phone reimbursement MacBook Pros Work life balance Really supported employees during COVID waves Give 2-3 extra surprise leave every year Good tax saving policies Great office in Cyber City

1. Monitoring employee engagement and things get lil bad if you start looking outside. They monitor that part. Monitoring is really bad. 2. Work is not exciting. It is average. 3. At start, culture was awesome but now they are hiring more people so culture is moving downward. Still it's good but may be in future it will become average from good if no attention paid. We miss gifts now and events on festivals have reduced too. 4. Leave policy is not that good. You have unlimited leaves as long as manager approve. As long as manager approve is the catch. Do introduce mandatory leaves that would be great. Some misuse unlimited leaves and some don't take much leave they carry forward only 21 and upper limit of leave is 40 only above that lapse. 5. Products are average but they are not end to end. It's a layer wise architecture so you work on few layers with no DB mostly. 6. Peers were good earlier but now top talents are leaving. 7. Appraisal cycle takes 2-3 month extra after year end. 8. Pay disparity between new hires and old top talent 9. No promotion till 5 year exp...Read More

mandatory work from office atleast 3days and soon moving to 5 days wfo less salary and almost no promotion toxic culture in some projects

Work Details

Interesting. Struggled in the beginning. But with the onboarding training and mentors, it went out smoothly. Got to work on different roles within the team which help me extend my knowledge and strengthen fundamentals.
