In starting of job its challenging but once you are here for 8-9 months you will feel very comfortable. Seniors are very supportive. Learning of different domain customers.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes the workload is very high and the tasks become repetitive with time. There is no work-life balance. Sometimes the execution of hard-earned orders is not that proper that it should be. Very improper and unorganised system to answer customer complaints. Deliveries are almost delayed nobody cares about it except myself as I am facing the customer. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no proper on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

In a fast paced environment company lack work ethics and adopting new technology. Higher management people are comparatively less professional. Working environment is unhealthy for shop floor people.
