No one is skilled so they cannot judge you

Dislikes

Since the management is not skilled they hire and force you to work and once you quit they don’t pay you. Even when you are working they pay you once in 3 to 4 months

Good things apart..salary never gets credited after 2 3 months. This is red flag seriously. Watch out everyone before you take this job. Job is not that pressurising but not getting paid on time is a big no no.

Dislikes

If you are working and it's your 2nd or 3rd month and you are not paid on time then please take your salary and leave. Don't even think twice. I know you must have worked hard enough to get this job but trust me it will save your life and all the unnecessary stress.

There is no work life balance, they ask to work anytime and even approved leaves can get cancelled l, salary never credits on time, there is always a delay, horrible company.. People behave like there are from 80s and expect obedience and devotion to the company and to the managers.
