Apart from yearly once award ceremony on performance. Disa Family meets where every employees come with their families at one place and get mingled with others

Dislikes

Dictatorship should not be there. Should be open to others opinion. I can accept casteism in politics but not in working environment. I have seen people telling there cast and introduce themselves as they belong to cast they encourage here.

Work pressure is high. Informal communications. Departments shouldn't be under others control.,dept hed should be strong enough to take dept issues.
