The managers force their hard working employees to put down the papers and if the staff denies, The management puts the staff on a PIP. Still if the employee continues to work hard, the management then approaches to the outsiders/ the suppliers the company works with, to write a complain email about their hard working staff so that, the company can terminate those hard working employees.
