Salary on tym. Coordination between same level of managers is overall good.

Dislikes

Work life balance always dissatisfied, excess pressure building on shift managers , less staffing, motivation among team are low because of salary and this also impact on productivity. Shift incharge have too much pressure regarding order delivery, pressure regarding feedback from guest which are mostly false because of pressure building, any time meeting or on call can happen. Promotion is too slow....Read More
