1. Good company culture as compared with other service based companies. 2. If you are coming from a service based company background, you will like working in Druva. 3. Breakfast and evening snacks. 4. In-house pantry and other snacking options. 5. Decent hike if you negotiate well.

Dislikes

1. Cannot aim for long term career path as there is thing line called “Management Decision”. When it comes to your growth. 2. Higher management wants to grow but they do not want others to grow. 3. Hard work is not appreciated. 4. Company values are just for sake but not followed. 5. Evening snacks options are available only for morning afternoon shift. 6. You don’t have life if you are working in night hours. 7. Shift allowance are being counted as your part of salary when it comes to appraisal discussion....Read More
