Nothing to like in Eftec India rajhangaon

Dislikes

Partiality. Illiterate top management. HR try to treat company staff and all workers like detector even though the HR live in Republic country like india. old people have fear to loose job by new appointments. Management is always in god mode like they are the creator of future of all employee. They feel they are god who recruit the candidate in this small 50 people strength of company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
