1. Reporting manager Mr. Rajdeep Jagtap was honest and supportive person 2. Chinese managers and delegation were disciplined in work and supporting Indian engineers 3. Responsibility were clear 4. Process were well defined 5. Skill enhancement programs 6. Interdepartmental coordination was excellent

1. Factory head often lacked professionalism and ethical behaviour , speaking disrespectful with all employees even with senior managers 2. Policy of not allowing mobile phones on shop floor , bags & phones kept in lockers 3. Strict working hours , got lunch break of 30 min given for that need to first collect tiffin from ground floor locker room and then went to another building 4. No seating place were provided on assembly lines causing discomfort 5. Overall work environment were very stick and rigid which demoralised employees 6. HR department were unsupportive , often behave rudely with employees on late lunch or miss to punch attendance 7. Salary level is below industry standard 8. Only Sunday off 9. non technical manger can come late but executive employee needs to come on time what the worst rule even the management support manager for doing such type of false practice HR hired me for technical support but the non technical manager just want to show number nothing else he is just Bcom pass and hired for technical support manager the management needs to replace this manager else all the good employee has already started leavening the tech support team aprat from this manager can take break 2-3 hour a day but executive engineer are allowed only 1 hr 15 min that too for washroom there are restriction worst manager i have seen till today hope this review can read by higher management and can change something those who are still working...Read More

A rigid, outdated mindset prevails, making growth and innovation challenging. Employee concerns and well-being do not seem to be priority, leading to a discharged workforce.
