1. An individual will be able to learn more on projects. But the individual has to learn on their own. There is office canteen.

1. You have to slog a lot, but there is no reward. During peek submission, you have to work on Sunday or any holiday. If need be you have to work 24 hours and in the end there is no reward and no respect. 2. To boss' eye you are just a slave. If not you, then someone else. 3. Yearly the company laysoff 30% of the staff. The worthy gets terminated and those who are sugar coating their boss will remain. 4. One of the HOD is moody, he is the Boss, but no Leader....Read More
