Technically low skilled Indian leadership made it worse. Favorism on peak. Segregation of duty on paper.

Company Policy is Ok but the management team is worst. Work culture is also not satisfactory.

Dislikes

The supervisor always pressurize and threatened and always shows no job security. Even though I was a performer, many times they did clear earned incentives. Resigning after 7 years of services they did not settle my full & final Settlement.
