Overall Experience In this organization, I have spent 3+ years in the Team Leader position. I have learned so many things. Its management is really very good. In COVID time they have not deducted any single rupee and give the whole salary on time and they give good appraisal also. They are offering a good salary for fresher also. I have a total 8.6 years experience but in my career, Epixelsoft is my best company. I have left this company because of my personal problems. If I will get a chance then I will re-join this company and I will spend my whole career here. Anyone can not feel any work pressure. Management understands your personal and professional problems. They are always standing with you in any problem. Skill Development If you want to develop your skills then you must join this company. They have good superior with excellent knowledge. You will also feel after joining this company that your decision is very good to join this. Work-Life Balance You can balance here your personal and professional life. You can live here your personal life with professional. Company Culture Epixelsoft culture is very good. All employees and employer are very friendly. You can never feel you are new in this company or It's your first day. When you are sitting with employer then you can feel he is your friend, not your boss. They never treat his/her employees like he is boss. We have gone on tour so many times to beautiful places. Job Security Job security is 100%. If you are taking your work seriously then nobody will fire you. Career Growth & Opportunities You have so many opportunities here. You will learn new things and new technology with good knowledge.
