Our standard working hours are 9 hours per day, including a lunch break. For positions based on shift patterns, schedules are communicated clearly and in advance, prior to joining. As a regulated financial services firm, we have appropriate security systems in place in line with industry standards. These tools are essential for data protection, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. Our performance appraisal process occurs annually. We’ve recently enhanced our framework to align performance evaluations with pay review cycles - an effort aimed at increasing both transparency and efficiency. Our annual retreat is a team-building event with no work-related obligations. It includes activities designed to strengthen collaboration and engagement, and participation is encouraged but not enforced. We do not enforce employees to write reviews on social platforms, nor do we require new joiners to sign employment bonds. We are proud to have a strong cohort of freshers each year - some of whom have progressed into leadership roles. Career development and internal mobility are core to our growth strategy. Lastly, we are currently undergoing integration following a recent acquisition. With change comes opportunity, and we remain committed to enhancing our operations in India and providing a supportive environment for all team members.
