Poor management. Managers are not justified for their positions they are working here for more than 10 yrs just because they are managers. Biasness is blood of esq. No extra skill gains No proper kt of product VP is worst If you are not working as they want than it is hell for you. No work from homes they do not care about your emergency No appraisals If you resign every single day they will create an environment to terminate you. Your notice period is hell here. 90 days of notice period. I strongly recommend not to join this Sit back n prepare more. Biasness and politics is everywhere but esq have then on different level They gonna monitor you every second. Micro management, you feel like majdoor...Read More
